Delivery Day
Your garden room will arrive on a dedicated delivery vehicle. Our team will carefully unload all components and materials, ensuring everything is ready for installation. We'll confirm access requirements with you in advance.
Professional Installation
Our expert installation team will construct your garden room using our modular system. The insulated panels slot together precisely, creating a weatherproof, thermally efficient building. Installation typically takes 3 days.
Final Touches & Handover

Important Information
Access Requirements
Please ensure there is adequate access to your garden for our delivery vehicle and installation team. We'll need access for a lorry (up to 7.5 tonnes) and space to maneuver materials. We'll discuss specific access requirements during your site survey.
Ground Preparation
Your garden room requires a level, solid base. This could be a concrete slab, paving slabs, or compacted hardcore. We can advise on the best foundation for your specific installation, but groundwork is not included in the standard installation price.
Electrical Connection
While we install all internal electrics, connection to your home's main supply must be carried out by a qualified electrician (not included). We can recommend local electricians if needed.
Weather Conditions
Installation may be delayed in severe weather conditions to protect both the building and our installation team. We'll keep you informed of any weather-related delays.
