10-Year Structural Guarantee
Our main structural guarantee covers the integrity of your garden room's core structure for 10 years from the date of installation. This includes:

12-Month Non-Structural Guarantee
All non-structural work is guaranteed for 12 months from installation, including:
- Installation workmanship
- Electrical installation and fittings
- Laminate flooring
- Fixtures, fittings, and ironmongery
Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our guarantee, component manufacturers provide their own warranties:

Guarantee Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Period: The 10-year structural guarantee begins on the date of installation completion and covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use.
2. What's Not Covered: The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, extreme weather events, or failure to maintain the building as recommended.
3. Claims Process: In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, please contact us immediately with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange for repair or replacement as appropriate.
4. Maintenance Requirement: To keep your warranty valid, you must follow our recommended maintenance guidelines, including annual cleaning and inspection.
5. Transfer of Warranty: The warranty is transferable to new owners if the property is sold, provided we are notified in writing of the ownership change.
6. Limitation: Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. We are not liable for any consequential losses or damages.
